About the event
We gather together after all the holiday grind and busy times have passed to connect with ourselves and come back into our bodies! Join Caitlin with Sacred Cleansing for an evening of Regulation, Relaxation and Releasing of stress and tension. Caitlin will be guiding some gentle movements and breathing practices to assist with regulating the nervous system and relaxing the body, followed by a sensing meditation and Immersive Sound Journey. We meet at Mycelium Gallery, surrounded by whimsical arts for your looking and potentiality to follow you home. Mycelium Gallery will also have a mocktail bar open with tasty NA Beverages for purchase, along with hot tea, cocoa and coffee! Please bring your own mat, blanket and anything else you may desire for comfort. Cost is $33 a person! See you all soon!
