About the event
Join us for 2 hours of bliss while deeply releasing! This event is designed specifically to help you move through what's "stuck" in your physical & emotional body. The Yin flow will focus on the Gallbladder meridian, which governs indecision, frustration, and unexpressed emotions. When we open this meridian, we align with our ability to find clarity, make better decisions, process unresolved issues and improve stagnant digestion. The sound & yoga Nidra will build on the Yin practice to move stagnant energy and replace old patterns of stuckness. Bring your yoga props (mat, blocks, bolster & blanket) or bring two blankets and a small pillow.
