Join us for 2 hours of bliss while deeply releasing! The New Moon Solar Eclipse Feb. 17th will usher in a new era, so our practice will focus on preparing for the new. Release the things you no longer want to carry and align with your goals for this year as we move from the year of the Snake to the year of the Fire Horse. The sound & yoga nidra will build on the Yin practice to help us release, let go, and make room to step into our future selves. Bring your yoga props (mat, blocks, bolster & blanket) or bring two blankets and a small pillow. Dress warmly as the body temperature often drops when we hold stillness.
