About the event
Journey inward on the longest night of the year and cultivate your inner light. This experience resets your system, helping you feel grounded and centered for the holidays. No yoga experience? No problem! Yin Yoga poses are passive and performed on the floor. Bring your yoga props or 2-3 blankets and/or pillows to support your body. The deep stretching prepares you to received the sound and guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
A portion of all sales will be donated to SISU Youth Services.
