Join us for 2 hours of bliss! Yin Yoga is a passive practice on the floor with props supporting your body. This allows you to have deep releases in your physical body almost like having a massage. It sets you up perfectly to receive sound. Yoga Nidra, also known as sleep yoga, helps you achieve brainwave states similar to deep sleep. Combining Yin, Nidra & Sound creates the ultimate relaxation & rejuvenation experience. Bring your yoga props (mats, blocks, bolster & blanket) or bring two blankets and a small pillow.
